Here’s a couple of vids I just had to show you. I don’t know quite why I like them so much, they just made me laugh out loud. They’re both from the Lord Mayors Parade in London this last weekend. It’s basically a bit of pomp and ceremony to welcome the Lord Mayor. Anyhoo, the BBC covered it and sent this reporter lady down onto the street to interview people in the parade. Unfortunately she chose the worst possible moment to interview this guy…
Oh, then there’s Buster from Pimlico Plumbers (don’t ask me why they’re in the parade) who’s 101. I just loved this interview. It makes me proud to be British – just listen to his responses to the reporter. I love the reply he gives her about the “busy last year” he’s had. Fantastic.
