I know I shouldn’t diss the people who could end up helping you in an emergency, but these two ladies made me a little concerned. They’re both with the St Johns Ambulance and I’m not saying for a minute that they don’t do a good job, but… come on. What happens if someone needs help on the other side of the field ? They were way too over-weight to even stand up for any length of time..
OK, I’ll stop now. I feel guilty enough already. For those who don’t know, St Johns Ambulance have 40,000 volunteers and have been given first aid cover at large events for many years. Do support them with donations if you can.
