OK, a couple more things about the snow and then I promise I’ll be quiet. Firstly, why is it that perhaps the most expensive motorway in the UK (the local M6 Toll at 4.70 per trip) can only afford to grit two of the lanes whilst all the other public motorways have all lanes gritted?
Secondly. How come people can’t get to work but they can get to the out-of-town supermarkets to stock up on food?
