Gaydar Radio is dead

OK, don’t judge me, but I’ve been listening to Gaydar Radio for quite some time now. I’m not gay, but we stumbled across it many years ago and go sucked in by the music. They have an excellent selection of the very latest dance tunes and you’ll usually hear mixes on the station way ahead of any other network.

However, for some reason they’ve decided to close it down and hand over the DAB licences to some other station in Manchester. The new station is appauling, so it’s goodbye to a rather brilliant station. Hardly any adverts, the latest dance tunes and so different to all the other poppy commercial radio rubbish that fill the airwaves. Just what the UK needed. Now gone.

Sad times.
