So, I blogged about Cosmo recently. Put simply, we went, we had a poor experience, so I emailed them to complain.
Their response was pretty long and detailed, and explained exactly what happened and why. They apologised, briefly, but most of their response detailed every event that occured in detail. They sent me some vouchers, but sadly they weren’t worth anything to me as a lot of them were only valid for meals before 6.30PM between Monday and Thursday.
Personally, if I ran a restaurant, I’d want to apologise and ask the people to return, but the whole thing left a rather bad taste in my mouth.
