My earlier blog post detailed the problems we were having with the Next Directory. Well, it turned out that the very next day Emily received a phone call from a very nice lady at Next who sorted out the whole thing.
On Tuesday we should have our new TV and table arriving here! Yay! Many thanks to the nice people at Next, my opinion has been totally turned around and I’m impressed with their service and the lady who spoke to Emily. They listened to everything we had to say and sorted everything out quickly.
