This guy is definitely sticking to his guns. When a developer offered money to him and his neighbours to move out so they could build a big mall, most grabbed the cash. This one resident rejected the offer, and is now asking for a whopping 1.3 million for his house to be moved. Developers have demolished surrounding buildings and have dug new foundations ready for building, however it kinda leaves the one remaining property a little… err… secluded.
