I’ve recently left npower, who were providing our gas and electric. To be honest most providers seem to be robbing us blind at the minute, but npower have made £390 million profit last year and the “big six” have seen their profits rise by 75% last year too.
Just this monrh npower whacked up their prices by 9%.
Now they’re getting rid of nearly 1500 UK jobs, a lot of which are in Stoke, in order to “enhance customer service”.
Arseholes.
There’s too many major companies who don’t pay UK tax properly, outsource call centres to other countries and fleece the UK customer. npower, you’re a bunch of cocks.
