I’ve noticed that a lot of my own life is starting to creep into the site – just recently I posted a front page story about my trip to Ikea.. now .. that’s just plain weird.. So, in an attempt to seperate my jokes / life / general mish-mash from the “proper content” of the website, I’m going to introduce a weekly blog where I blither on about what I’ve been doing, what made me smile and some of the stuff I’d generally forward as an email to my mates.
So here it is, my first ever blog post. It’s gonna be a bit like Jenneths blog I guess…
This week, I have been mostly listening to Eric Prydz – Call On Me. Mostly because of the excellent tune it is, but also because of the “Oh My GOD!” video, which is class, sheer class…
Other top tunes – Spankox – To The Club … y’know, the one that goes, “Monday night, to the club, Tuesday Night, to the club.. Wednesday Night, what a headache – but I went to the club” :) Also liking “My My My” by Armand Van Helden and I’ve been listening to the classic Ibiza tune “Cafe Del Mar” by Energy 52
Most watched TV thing was unfortunately Big Brother, although I didn’t get much say in the matter. :( I spent quite a lot of the weekend doing an impression of Nadia from Big Brother, which was spookily close to the real thing, so I stopped.
Went to Ikea, where a cabinet is called a Faktum and a table is called a Noresund. They also have a stool called a Traktor, which I found strangely amusing.
Got very wet this week. Here in the UK it’s either bloody hot with rain, or bloody hot full stop. Dunno which I prefer.
Got 4 spam text messages from some t**tty company, splatted 4 wasps, nearly hit some idiot who thinks that “slamming on the brakes half way round a wet round-about just because an ambulance is about half a mile away” is the correct way to allow the emergency services get to where they need to be, also found Fosters on offer in Morrisons for 7.99 for a 12 pack… :)
OH! And can I have one of these please?!??
