The ITVlocal.com website has some rather good streaming videos and live webcams. Their cams can be put into full screen and seem to be better quality than the BBC webcams.
This is a shot from my nearest big city – Birmingham. It certainly looks much better than it did about 10 years ago thanks to the construction of the Bull Ring etc.
