Dear TalkTalk. Please go away. Stop sending flyers through my door. Stop sending letters through the post. Stop sending salesman to our door at 7PM to try and sell your broadband. I don’t want it. I’m already a customer of yours for our telephone service. Yes, I know it’s cheap and I get what I pay for. Your customer service is the worst, ever… but it’s cheap.
So try to understand. I’ve chosen another provider for the broadband because I want DSL2, a fixed IP, VPN access and a decent bandwidth limit. I don’t want your ruddy broadband service. OK?!?
