I’m constantly amazed by the power of Twitter. Right there, just minutes after Police stopped the coach, I’ve found out that it’s a Megabus and even have a picture, all thanks to updates posted by @rupertevelyn and someone in traffic – @barryjarvis.
People are saying that liquid was being poured into a container, but it’s a little too early to say what happened here just yet. People are being led off the bus one by one. Megabus said that they were assisting Police following an “accusation” made by one of their passengers. I know this is going to sound terrible and I’m so glad that they’re taking it seriously, but I really hope this isn’t just some guy having a Pot Noodle.
Hopefully the Police managed to get through those toll-booths quickly. Most aren’t manned now…
